Stephen Davis has over thirty years of experience designing award-winning homes of distinction. He hails from a family of creative artists and has been a musician, courtroom artist, cartoonist and painter before discovering his love of architectural design. He has studied architecture firsthand by traveling to over thirty countries on five continents, enabling him to approach each design project from a well-rounded perspective, blending uniqueness with tradition, regardless of style. His designs can also be found in Southern Living and are featured regularly in numerous magazine publications.

About Gus Carodine III
Gus has a decade of experience in personalized service and innovative home design.
Gus Carodine III earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014. As an architectural designer and project manager for Stephen Davis’s residential stock plan collection, he ensures that clients’ needs are thoroughly understood and reflected in their home designs. With several years of experience in residential construction drawings, design modification assistance, and overseeing remodels and additions, Gus is dedicated to helping clients achieve their design goals. In 2018, he transitioned into his current role as Design & Operations Director. He continues to leverage his creative design talent to modify our library of pre-drawn plans for client specifications, coordinate projects with homeowners and design professionals, and train the residential drafting team.
Outside of work, Gus enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is actively involved in his church as a drummer. He is passionate about serving the Knoxville community, contributing to projects like Operation Backyard, where he helps build ramps, and Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, supporting local home construction efforts.
